SGD made the experience of having to replace this garage door so absolutely smooth and effortless. They were outstanding.They showed up at ten o'clock at night to help me fix the old door to get it secured so we could get through the night. Then in just over a day the new door was installed

I got at the top of the line. An 18 foot door expensive But boy, is it worth it. I love it.. It's super quiet, you can't even hear the motor you can hardly even hear the door move its so quiet and does not feel flimsy at all, like the old door and the garage feels more secure. These guys were great super professional and super fast, and they install was flawless. I would highly recommend them. They did most of the install while I wasn't even home. It was almost finished by the time I got home.

Dustin was great. Very friendly, did great work and cleaned up after. Was considerate of my call schedule, discussed multiple options and helped us pick the right opener. Also prepared us for future needs, possible new door. One issue I have, more my issue, is programming for the car is a nightmare and havent completed it yet. I should have asked to walk me through the setup while there... allowing me to complete myself, so the tech didnt have to get in my car himself. Thanks!

Harrison was very professional & nice. I called just for an estimate & I was going to shop around however Harrison was polite and did not speak down to me or ask to speak to the man of the house like with previous men that have come out to my house for other house projects. He did not try to take advantage price wise either. He explained prices and gave me multiple options. He was not pushy at all. My experience with this company and its employees has been excellent. We came home and our garage door wouldn't open all the way. After crawling under the door, we found a broken spring. It was a little after 5 so I thought I would take a chance and call. Jon Paul answered the call and was very helpful. He gave me the option of having the repair done that day or the next. I explained it would be very helpful to have it done that day but I was concerned about overtime charges. He assured the price was the same. This is the service they offer. Freddy Garcia installed a new motor 6 months ago and today (6-3-26) came out after a wheel popped out of the track.He replaced wheels and springs as they were over 40 years old, lubricated all parts and cleaned up afterwards. He notified me of his arrival time and was here as promised. He is very efficient and knowledgeable as well as personable. He will explain all repairs and answer any questions.
